So I Am going to try to bring it up to date. Im sure I will leave some stuff of but O well.
First Picture I have of it. Paid 1300. 3 inch lift rotten 30s. exhaust leak. New Head gasket 294k on the clock. Had Death wobble on the way home. (cause by tires) The tires made it home which was 88 miles but blew one out the next day haha.
First Stuck this is where I blew the tire.
Later that day I put these 31x10.5 Master Craft Course MT
My First project was to paint the bottom and around the fenders. I used Hammered black paint and Then clear coated. Done the same to the rims but don't have any pics of that on my laptop.

Got stuck a few times so far. One took a track hoe the other pulled out with my dads 87 chevy.
Broken a few parts.
Alternator
Motor mount bracket sheared off the blocks on passenger side. Replaced all the mounts and added the Brown Dog Bracket on the passenger side. Replaced the thermo housing and put in a 165 temp. Replaced the battery.
put on the factory roof racks that I got from a donor jeep.
Took off Sway Bars.
Here is where its at now
Im gonna stop there on bringing it up to date. Next step is installing Lock Right Locker this Saturday. I will try to take some pictures. If I come across some more pictures I will throw them up here to.

When I done my Door-less I thought of this to keep from having to worry about all the wires since I have Power everything. Relocating the switch made it to where I only had 4 wires for the driver door instead of 20+. This also gave me a good opportunity to clean all the connections and since the windows roll up faster. Also relocated the Speakers to the Kick Panels (kickers in the Kickers lol)

Got one side rear brakes done. This was quite the job. It seems every time I but any type of seal I get the wrong one from the parts store lol. Only way to get the right one is to take old one with you.
Tomorrow get the axle seals and other side brakes. Then lock right and paint diff cover which is going to be cool.

One side brakes done. Got held up by getting the wrong Axle seals from the parts store. I Have never gotten the correct ones without having the old seal with me.
Got the door finished up for removable. Been stalling on the passenger side for a while until today.
Printed out a club sticker for my windshield.
I got a lot done to the Cherokee. Cherokee as you can see didn't get very much done himself.
Tomorrow getting this installed and other side brakes and both axle seals. Hopefully before noon since I have to go shopping with the wife lol.

Its been a while since I have updated.
I got the locker installed and figured out something interesting. I had a Dana 35 Locker and an C8.25 rear end. I didn't realize that until a week after the install. It was working great. Its been in there since without issues.
My guess on why it worked is the combination of
Dana 35 lock right
C8.25 Cross pin
C8.25 C-clips with a little grinding.
I also painted my Diff cover while I had it off. I think is suits me.
I done rear brakes and seals while I had it apart too. I used zip ties to compress the springs and then just cut them and bam. That made the job alot easier.

Yeh it was funny I have searched high and low and it was the first time that it had ever been done. I would have never tried to do it if I knew before hand. I am glad that I did now since its something different haha. Thanks. I thought the paint job would just be temporary, but it seems to be holding up.

Yes spline count does matter. It was Dana 35 spline. Mine is C8.25 spline. Apparently the shafts are close enough the same for the side gear of locker to fit onto axels.
