The PO did overheat it but they put in a new motor. That was a year before I got it. I did a flush and new fluids when I got it on the road and have kept a close eye on everything. She never overheats. Again... That's a year before hand that I don't know what happened. I'm wanting to get it fixed but time and money aren't in my favor at the moment... Which leads to your comment, unidentified... You buy it for me and sure! Hahaha

Got my switch box hooked up. I got the fan wired right, video cameras hooked up (rear view, and underside looking forward to the diff) and still working on getting the extended idle wire ran. Hopefully I get it all done tonight. I still need to hook up the connections for the light bar (not here yet) and the air compressor.

Here is the switch box. I removed the camera system because I wasn't pleased with the set up. I don't like running a live power wire down the whole inside. I'm gonna run the power through the rear hatch/bumper then under neath to the front. Need another day to do that...
But I have my tablet hooked up, extended idle, elec. fan, and air hooked up. I think I'm gonna let it stay as is till end of summer. I need stronger tires before I can really get out and play. It did fine on the beach but I know it needs better.

Tried to work on the A/C today. It appears that the clutch won't engage. Checked fuse, freeon level, relay, everything says it should work. Soo now I have a choose to make.
1) get a York and build a much stronger OBA
2) suck it up and live
3) replace it with a new unit to have A/C
What would you do?

Well the lift didn't get finished. I had a hard time with the coil springs. Maybe I wasn't doing something right, because it seemed like the jeep wasn't flexing enough to drop the spring from position. Is it easier to remove the springs if the sway bar is disco'd?

Remove the sway bar, shocks, and the track bar. You'll need to replace/relocate the track bar anyway and it'll make a huge difference. Get it done for Thursday!

Passenger side done. Doing the driver when I get off of work over the next few days. Hopefully she'll be ready for Thursday. I'm meeting some friends and want to drive it there. The picture is taken at Level (as best as possible) to show the difference in stock to 2".

so I was working on the front leaf spring for the lift today and broke the bolt in the leaf. Not sure if its the nut broke free or the bolt so I guess I will have to cut the leaf and get it off and get to the bolt itself to see. I already called the local Jeep dealership to order the replacement bolts. I decided to get 4 new ones just to go ahead and put new hardware on all of it. Any advice on the repair or does it look like im on the right track so far?? thanks!
For the coil springs you can rent the compressor tools from pep boys or advanced and just return them. Costs a little money but when returned you get it all back. Post a picture of your front leaf bolt too

I did rent the coil tool. Worked like a champ. Found out I didn't have that little clip undone for the spring that attaches to the axle. I'm out of town for the week but I'll post back the leaf bolts

I'll add that to the to do list when I get back in town.
On another note, my b-day is coming up and me padre got me a winch! Yay me!!!! It's a 12,000 lb badlands winch from harbor freight. With extra coupon it was only 299.

Got the new bolts and nuts in. Was ONLY 30$ at the dealership. I'm assuming the red gel I see on the bolt is the Loctite. Do I need to wipe it off to put anti-seize on it?
