Well there is a guy in wake forest with the crok spacer for cheap. That's why I went with that. I say they hid problems because they were so terribly worn that there was no way of knowing what other problems there were.

Also, another little update, got a snag on a set of rock keawler 3 link arms for 200. Gonna get those hopefully this weekend. I busted out the 3 link calculator and have a fairly decent design thought up

3 links are sweet, if I didn't want long arms, I'd want a 3 link. It'd be awesome if you could get that in before URE, then Daniel would be a requirement lol

I Google searched and found a few. I've also started a 3 link front but since its looking like I'm buying the rock krawler arms I'll just order their brackets as well. I'll send you the files when I get home tonight.

These are long arms. They mount just before the cross member.

Well the plans for installing everything this weekend went out the window. My dad wanted to take down two trees in the back yard so he could get more sun light on the pool. Only problem is that the trees had to be dropped just right to miss the house, pool, shed, and other things. So the winch was used with a rope to put tension on the trees so they would fall into the correct place. Worked like a charm. We topped the first tree and were able to drop the other complete.

And here's a video of topping the first tree. It dropped exactly where we wanted.

So after dropping the trees, I took a trip out to Farmville, NC and picked up my 3 link arms. They are in awesome condition. They just need a new coat of paint. The bushings look brand new, the joints are nice and tight, and I even got the flex joint to go in place of the axle side upper control arm bushing.

I did get the C-rok spacer cleaned up and repainted. Because I can't use the outer plate of the C-rok setup I gave it to my Uncle to install on his rig. It will at least tighten up the drivers frame some in the front.

I'm still waiting on the RE track bar and bracket from Serious Offroad. According to the tracking numbers, they will be here tomorrow.

Finally, I've been contracted by my dad to clear out the trees we dropped yesterday. His payment will come in the form of Jeep parts. I just have to let him know what I want. I'm thinking a locker for the 44...?

I watched the video and I have to say, that's a pretty good use of the winch.

The next question is, what kind of locker for the 44?
