I'm only on the second of gas right now and this tank won't be very accurate either but I'll get you numbers when I fill it up. Since it's no longer my daily driver she sits more than shes driven.
But, on a brighter note, the Durango box should be here Tuesday and I'm planning on hitting Uwharrie on the 13th for one final run before they shut down for the season

I've done the Durango box on one other rig and it is also on desertfox's rig without a pump upgrade. Both rigs are running just fine so I don't plan to upgrade the pump. Stiffening the frame will get done eventually. I've been eyeballing hd offroad's full set of stiffeners. I already have a crok inner brace to replace the stock cast spacer.

I got the new Durango box installed yesterday. No pics because it was too damn cold and all I wanted to do was get it done haha. I did also install a stock pitman arm to get rid of the drop pitman that the PO had installed as an "upgrade" and was the cause of everything going wrong in the steering. It just took me 4 years to get around to it lol.

Well if all goes to plan, I will be picking up a spare 33 and can ditch the 31 that's been bouncing around in the back. I hope to have it mounted and balanced tomorrow so it is ready if it should be needed with the outing this weekend.

Went out to Uwharrie Saturday for one last run before it shuts down for the season. I met with 4 other rigs out there. All 4 guys I initially met through this forum. 2 I have wheeled with numerous times and 2 I had just met for the first time that day. What a blast it was cruising around the trails with that group. All good people full of good conversations. Since I led the pack most of the day, I didn't get too many pics but here are what I was able to gather and some that others took

I did make a new list of action items that will have to be done soon however. The list is as follows:
Rear main seal
trace down coolant leak
Weld trackbar bracket to frame (keeps coming loose even with lock tight on bolts)
rebuild RE flex joint on trackbar
new steering tre's
axle ujoints
ball joints
Luckily I already have a set of Moog ball joints sitting in the shop as well as ujoints. I can get the bracket welded up without issues and rebuild the flex joint at that same time. The rear main is my area of concern. I know it isn't a hard job but is very messy and really not looking forward to it. I'm hoping I can nurse that leak until it warms up so it isn't as miserable to change it.

I haven't checked it yet. I'm actually driving it this week to see if I can find anything else wrong and to check the gas mileage. I averaged right around 13-14 with the drive down there and on the trails.
Edit* I've actually had a very very small leak from the rear main that has come and gone over the years. I believe some of it has to do with what oil is used. The oil in there now is a synthetic blend. I had the ford dealership do it because I got some really cheap oil changes from them when I bought my car. I believe they may have used a thinner oil(probably 5W-20 since a good number of their cars run it) and that could be a contributing factor. Either way, it still needs to be done.
