Got in the jeep to head home from work today and the blower motor wouldn't work and the ac compressor wouldn't turn on. I'm not sure if the two are connected but found the blower speed switch was burnt up. That was an interesting drive home in the rain with fogging windows. But, got a new one ordered and it will be ready to be picked up at 10am tomorrow.

IF the blower motor isn't blowing what good would it do if the A/C Compressor did kit on? As a test though, when you turned on the A/C did the AUX fan kick on? That would tell you if it is getting a signal or not
Second Thought you bipased your AUX fan on a manual switch so not sure if you can test that theory.

What's that?
I like my 2-65 air circulation system. Foolproof and comes factory on every car ever made

I have the AUX fan set to bypass the computer controlled relay but, the computer will still turn it on if I haven't already turned it on.
Anyways, it's all fixed and good to go now.
PLUS, the big news...she has been retired from DD status. Now the jeep gets all the work I can afford and not have to worry about making sure she stays on the road for work in the morning haha.

Doesn't work like that here..... it's so friggin' hot and humid most days out of the year - you can take off all the doors or roll down all the windows you want and all you get is hot, moist air circulating around you..... I'll keep my a/c thanks lol

No updates right now. I just picked up a new car so this is no longer on DD duty. There won't be any updates for a little bit because I am still searching for the next set of parts

Still no real work done. Just been working and saving money. But, I have gotten out on the trails quite a bit. Here are some random pictures from the trips. I'll be back out at URE this Saturday for the Jamboree with a handful of guys from here

I got there around 8:30 Saturday morning and then left around 5 that evening.
Saw some pretty cool rigs at the Jamboree and got a ton of ideas for future plans. I've been on the hunt these past few months for new axles. Ideally I'd like a 60/60 combo but can't find what I like. I've found a ton of Dodge fronts roll around but don't feel like converting to locking hubs and then one piece long side so I've passed on them. I'm continuing on the hunt and hopefully some will come into sight soon.
Also at the Jamboree, I scored some front and rear extended bump stops for $25 and have a bored throttle body on the way. I scored a 735 on a 30 degree rti ramp and measured for new shocks.
