The 6.5" plan went out the window almost immediately haha. I went a different route and spent money in other necessary places. Now I'm putting together a list of parts because there are certain things I want from certain manufactures. Plus, I've found it cheaper to piece together a lift than to buy a kit.
I'm also designing some parts to make myself. A rear 4 link is currently on the drawing board. I've got a design conceptually figured out and with broad numbers it works. I just need to get the specific measurements off the Jeep and it will be set. Then the full Solid Works drawing of it will need to be made and it will be done.
I've got a long list of plans but unfortunately, time and money are rare until I finish school. After that, the fun really begins.

I go to Nines junk yard for most of the parts. We used his stock main leaf, the cut up the s-10 pack. I don't remember the leaf order we used. The spacers would need to be purchased online somewhere. The track bar can be moved to the right .75" with new hole drilled. Lower arms aren't necessary but would help. We didn't use them initially but he did end up buying some later. New ubolts are needed as well.

Well nothing much has been going on with the rig because I was finishing up my semester of school. Now that I'm working full time some money is flowing in. The jeep rolled over 100,000 last week so now she's old...
Also, had a tire blow out when I hit something in the road and tore a hole in the side wall the size of my fist. I was left changing my tire in the rain. So, I'm sitting at the tire shop now getting 33s

Got the 33s on and man what a better ride this thing has. It went from driving a tank to driving a caddy. Went to 4 wheel parts yesterday for their summer event. Scored a 772 on the rti ramp. I'm happy with that for short arms.

Thanks. They are far from perfect but service their purpose and are very nice on the warm, sunny days. I still need to get mirrors for them and paint them the right shade of grey but other than that, they are done.

So after talking with Josh, it looks like the 20th of July is the target for a URE run.
Other news, since the old worn 31's hid a lot of problems, I'm starting to address them. Today the following parts were purchased:
RE track bar
RE track bar bracket
All new tre's
C-rok steering spacer
Yesterday I noticed play in some of the tre's, track bar tre, and the passenger lower ball joint. I've eaten through the track bar tre twice in the past year so the RE track bar will completely eliminate that. I also found that the 3 steering box bolts were slightly loose. I got about a quarter turn out of each of them to tighten. I'm pricing out ball joints now and will hopefully get a set of them this week. Also looking into replacing the upper control arm bushings (axle end), sway bar bushings, and axle joints. This will leave me with an almost completely rebuilt front end.
I'll be installing the new steering, track bar/bracket, and c-rok spacer this coming weekend. If any play continues, I'll be doing a Durango box swap.

Axle side bushings aren't so bad to replace. I did mine when I had the new-to-me axle out. Had to beat the sleeves out with a hammer and then drill the old rubber bushings out. So, nevermind, they are a pain to replace. But, it's worth it.
