everything else is 3/16

didnt really have a plan just kinda started with cardboard and when i couldnt weld it together i just started building on the fly. this is what i got so far.

so far looks good. make some little places to put fog lights under each headlight. not like a cut out, just a little indentation like under the bumper. that woudl be pretty cool. also looks like it will handle a winch?

yea. a winch bumper would be nice. could go exploring by yourself and not really have to worry too much.

Im bringing him back down to 3.5 in front and 4in in back, putting in 4 new u joints, re welding his front seat brackets back together and a few other no no on his jeep. hope to have it done by sunday so i can have my shop back for mine

next on my agend is try to get some more black on her, and finsh the front tube flares.

I really need to figure out how to make some extra dough so i can take her further. I have built almost everything i can think of that doesnt require any money. I got a plan for some rear ubes (u-bolt eliminators) but there is no point starting them until i get an 8.8, and guess what, they cost money. even when i get the 8.8 im guna need a sye to install it or i will have to redue later.

If you have an suggestions on something you want me to make/try to make. throw them out. I am running short on time these days but should be working back in town in the next week or 2 so i will be home and can hopefuly get some **** done
ive been reading whole tread up until here so if some one already asked i appologize but how about some A pillar light mounts?

Not gonna lie this is probably one of my favorite threads. I might be "borrowing" a few ideas if you don't mind. Were having one major problem with our toy and that is flex. The axle just wont flex, the whole jeep goes with the angle, we just added a 3inch lift from rough country with the new coil springs up front, took the sway bar off. Any ideas how to help with flex? Thanks

when new lift springs are added, you need some break in time, so just go drive down a bump road really fast and that should do it...lol, actually jsut need some miles on them, it took me bout 200-300 miles to break mine it, then when they settle in a few months, that is when you will get our most flex, also if your kit didnt come with lower control arms, that could be your problem too. the stock lowers a just a pair of POS's
