oh my god... i saw this thread and thought "oohh pictures!
" and then i got sucked in and am so incredibly jealous of you.. then you have the tools and space to do this.. but its a pretty nice jeep keep up the good work. i'm the same way with need sleeping when you have ideas.. you just reasearch it to no end and then are like "welp, lets do this chit!" keep us posted though man. good stuff!
btw.. took me a good 2 and a half 3 hours to go through this thread

so i decided to do a little work on her today. but before i could i had to get the old wood burne ready to rock because the old pipe had rusted clean off.
so i fixed and revamped a little

After i got the shop nice and warm i decided to install the 6.5in rc coils ive had laying around for awhile.
jeep up on lift
flex is good. got to love being able to remove coils without having to undo anything except the spring retainer. didnt even mess with taking tires off
stock coil vs. 3.5 with puck(what was on) vs 6.5 rc
installed without undoing anything either. nice

Rides a little better with the lower spring rate and I sit about 1in higher in the front. I wanted to stay about 5.5 but by the time i fab up a new bumper and a few other goodies i bet ill be close to that.
later this week i am going to install a drop pitman arm to temp fix steering angles till i come up wth something else
i also need to address my track bar issue. i need it to be about 3/4 in longer. guess ill be building a few things this week. FUN!!!!!
