So I'm officially starting a build thread for this thing...
Plans:
1. Lawn-edging fender flares (already purchased, will be installing asap will also try to take as many pics as possible. I know a lot of people try these, but no one seems to take the time to make them look good.)
2. RC Hydro 8000 Shocks (no lift)
3. Quick Disco's for stock height - Anyone seen a pair of these? I called Rough Country and they said they don't make a set for stock height. I will possibly fab my own from the existing sway bar links. Any tips on this would be much appreciated!

good ideas. i plan to do the garden flares myself.there is a guy who posted how to build them. he has pics too.they looked real good. my jeep has a 3in lift w/discos on it,i bought it like that. when i had my tj i took the front and rear swaybars off, never had handling problems. dude i even spun it twice in middle of highway.never rolled believe it or not.

Awesome, I might try disconnecting just the front for now. My old XJ had a 6.5" lift and I left them disconnected for a while, it handled fine on the road except when I hit a speed bump. I got a ton of "rattle".

A Month and a half's progress!
So here's a few things I did recently (within the last month)
Took off the side trimming, spray-lined the rocker panels and fenders, trimmed the fenders and made some lawn edging fender flares, EMT conduit half rack, fully functional hood vent, fixed the sagging leaf springs,
