I read ur whole thread, awsome build love the jeep.i was wondering about ur hood i thought of doing the same fan idea but i have no way of making the cowl? any ideas?where you located? thanks

i bought the tubes in autozone, at the ricers area its chromed plastic but they hold prety awsome for 2 years. i can recomend that for sure i´m thinkin of using them as my snorkel hose in a future.

the fan in the hood works great and is very easy, you just need courage to cut the hood. hahaha but the cowl i really dont like it, it is made of fiber glass, a friend of mine did it for me he make bumpers and stuff for tunning. i want a mustang cowl fron the 80s.

I have something like that going, but at this rate i'll be able to buy new parts in a couple years...haha, man it sucks bein out of a job So right now I just do mostly maintenance, and other stuff I can do for basically free.

yeah its kind a weight reduction + bondo + new paint and new look
(still a work in progress)... today i just spent 3 hours taking out the front bumper and 5 hours grinnding and cutting them. no more pics till i finish

rear bumper 80lbs + 70lbs 33" tire + 35lbs tire carrier =205
front bumper 160lbs (more than me) +80lbs winch.....=240
thats absurd...
