Mine came stock. Manuals rule. I'll give you my ax-15 so I can go to a t-18 with the granny low :-) there is a cj5 at my aunts farm rotting away with the bell housing I need to make it work, all I need is the motivation, the right output shaft, and an external slave mount and we are good to go!

Why not just sell your jeep, buy a 97+ and keep all the parts that you want and will fit from your current jeep

I scoured East Coast Auto Source(Thaxton) on Friday afternoon. They have a couple of hundred acres of cars and they are all engulfed in briers. I looked at over 20 XJ's and ZJ's looking for a skid plate. No luck! I rode around with a chain smoking good ole boy in an ragged out Isuzu pup for over an hour. It was fun bashing down those rutted out lanes in that old truck. I had a good time!

Parts unlimited in Vinton has a couple of decent XJ's on the lot.
