Lol don't feel so bad! I did something similar....was going to wheel witha couple buddies in Christiansburg last Sunday sense it was so warm, and we had a convoy going down 81 to 460. Anyway. I was chewing gum. Getting tireD of it, so I checked the mirror. Didn't see know one, and spit the gum as hard as I could out the window and right as I did so a BMW compact SUV flies past me. And the gum sticks right to there windshield. Lol. I felt like a ***** cause I didn't even think to check my blind spot, just spitting some gum....but they just kept going. lol

I mean he was about a car link behind me so I didn't think the mud would make it that far and I looked up in the turn lane and I could see that he had mud spots on his windshield...

Crozet is on I64 just after you cross Afton Mountain and before you get to Charlotsville.

Also known as RCPFA

Been there, wheeled it. Nice place but keep in mind Jeeps like to roll over and get their belly rubbed there LOL!

Jon isn't lying, I saw so many buggies roll over my first time there. Nice thing is there are plenty of challenging but doable trails for moderately modified daily driver type vehicles. Get on YouTube and search crozet and you'll find plenty of rad videos

I enjoyed that snow yesterday. I took the scenic route home from Salem, 419 was at a stand still. I went around by Hidden Valley CC, up Sugar Loaf and down Roselawn and then crossed 221(where half of the Bent Mountain residents were stuck in traffic) and then home. It took 30 min max. I got to see plenty of morons wrecked or stuck.

So then I have to go to a funeral in Vinton last night and end up on 581 north bound around 6:30pm and got to see even more morons stuck, wrecked or flipped.

Why can't people drive in the snow around here?

I was in my Commander and I don't think I spun or slid a tire.

STAY HOME IF YOU CAN NOT DRIVE ROANOKE PEEPS!

Rant over LOL!

I drove around for most of the evening last night, then ran bobblets early this morning. And then broad run this evening. Haha I love the snow...

I never slide when stopping I did some sliding purposely though! Lol ya gotta admit, it's fun drifting around corners on back roads and what not! But when seriously driving on major roads with some traffic, I never spun or slid

I would have driven, if I had my jeep back...instead I built a kicker ramp for my snowboard and knocked my brain into my skull

Im fine, my neck is sore but nothing major. Shop had to order shims for the locker and the insurance company still hasn't sent the check for the remaining balance of the repairs. It could be as early as Monday and as late as...? I did file a formal complaint to the VA Insurance Board, hopefully some compensation will come out of that at some point.
