Link? (hint: use tinyurl.com for ebay links to work on the forum)

It's surprising all the cooling issues that people have with their 4.0s, and mine's all over here totally happy and rarely over 200 degrees....lol and that's with a partially mudded up system even

Yeah I don't really have a problem with mine, just a bad thermostat and I figure since I ll have it off, I might as well as replace the housing. But the eBay one is like 59 bucks while the one from Hesco is like 30 bucks

Personally I'd just reuse the existing housing. I took a flap disc to mine when I did my thermostat last week to clean up the mating surface good. Used an OEM gasket with a thin layer of black RTV on both sides, ain't leaking a drop.

Electrolytes inside coolant corrodes the white metal easily. Plus I want to paint the housing yellow so I don't wanna wait for it to dry before putting it on lol. It's easier to get another one. Paint it then when outside is warmer. I'll just do the job

Meh, you will get used to it. I did it every which way, over the shoulder was easiest imo. Then again, I think my kid only ever spit up once haha.

As for the Jeep, just fill the rad and squeeze the upper hose to burp it. Do it a couple of times until you feel as though it's air less. I have a fancy tool that pulls a vacuum on the cooling system and collapses the hoses, pulls about 25"hg, then flip a lever and it sucks the Coolant into the system, also checks for leaks at the same time haha. I'm spoiled
