It's okay. I'd rather be in the south though. The city itself is very nice. I prefer Webster versus Greece simply because Webster is closer to no-man's land and the junkyard. The Jeep community up here is stupid though. So much so that I sold my modded rig partly because of it. There's no good places to wheel anywhere. I want a stocker now so I can keep to myself.

Shut your mouth Mr. Maryland.... PA laws are different.... Full size Vans and trucks can have the rear windows blocked, painted, or none at all. Cherokees however are registered as station wagons (usually) in PA. I can't remember for sure what the law is for the rear windows, but I think it falls into the same class. Regardless, nobody cares, I've never had an issue, nobody I know had ever had an issue, some Cherokees came factory with rear tire carriers.... I say don't worry about it, but I'm 99% sure it's legal. I'd have to pull out my inspection book to verify though.
