I would assume if I drove it as a DD the coolant loss would be more significant.

We have finally settled into our new house and I got all my tools unpacked. I decided to work on rebuilding my differentials this Saturday. While I was doing the front Dana 30, I checked the bottom of water pump to check for leaks. I noticed dried coolant around the general area and the pumps bottom feels and looks wet. From my research everyone recommends going OEM with the water pump. I will also replace the t-stat and lower and upper radiator hoses while I'm in there. All OEM parts. The PO replaced the radiator last November and it looks in good condition.

Can you guys look over this list and help make certain I am ordering the right materials?

OEM Water Pump
PN- 4626215AF
Apparently this is discontiued PN and replaced by the following:

OEM Upper Radiator Hose
PN-52006301

OEM Lower Radiator Hose
PN-52028286AE

OEM Thermostat 195F
PN- 52028186AC

Thanks for your help, any suggestions would be appreciated.
Water pump gasket, t stat housing gasket, recommend getting the heater bypass tube... They rarely come out in one piece in my experience.

Don't assume. Verify that it's the idler pulley. Take the belt off and spin each pulley by hand

That looks like an s10 visor.... My lund looks completely different, but then again, mines not a moon visor, just a sun.

its not actually a lund visor, I think its got a dura shield sticker on it somewhere.

So I checked my idler and it was loose, but my water pump was WAY worse.

flushed the coolant 6 times before I even got close to clear water out of it, then did the new pump with a felpro gasket. It was shaving aluminum off the housing, the shaft had about a 1/4 inch of play in it.

Now that's fixed, I have a p0100 code for my MAF i have to figure out tonight, hopefully before the hordes of trick or treaters show up.
