Hey. My name is Pat. Hudson Valley, New York.
I've got a 2001 XJ. Just over 65,000 miles on it.
Right now it's got a RE 3.5 lift on it with 31's.

Hey everyone;
New to the forum, so i thought i'd introduce myself and try to find some ideas for my rig.
My name is Fred
born in Jersey City,grew up in Old Bridge,NJ and now reside in Forked River,NJ
got a stock 93-2dr XJ,did some minor repairs to it, but no real mods.
just failed inspection so i went online to look up some stuff and got sidetracked with some of the great pics of other XJs here. I'll post my pic
as soon as i can get to it but like i said it's stock and it's my daily driver with 262,350 miles on it. I'ts my second XJ, the first one was an 89 that blew the head gasket at 250,000 miles in the winter time and i just desided to buy another.
like you guys say "I'ts an XJ thing"
gonna look around a bit and maybe pick your brains, if you don't mind.
talk to you later

hi sam;
nice to meet you. happy holidays to you as well. yeah as i said, found this site and can't stop reading. there is so much info here. i have to laugh at myself cause i wanted a jeep for so long but never got one till about 5 years ago. when i was younger i went as far as to put cadillac springs in the front of a pontiac T37(like a lemans) and air shocks in the back and then would go offroad in the old bridge/sayerville area. now that i got my jeep i'm just trying to keep it mantained to keep it on the road. still would like to lift it a bit, and beef it up a little. had that death wobble and was able to get rid of it with some upgrades i found online.
well i've got an ovenstuffer in the oven and the everyone wants to eat so i'll have to go but i'm sure i'll be back, there alot of great jeeps here.
