Just picked up a 2000 with 160k miles... runs like new but needs a little work here and there. Drivers window fell into door, left hood latch won't latch, and it needs some front steering and suspension work... Got it for $1400.00 so I can't complain too much. This is my first Cherokee, but not my first Jeep. About 6 years ago, I parted ways with my 76 CJ. I loved it, but it was resembling Fred Flinstone's car with the rusted out floor pan, and I got an offer that I couldn't refuse for it. Anyways, I was told that this is the place to get information and help on common issues and that everyone is really knowledgeable and helpful. I hope this XJ is gonna be a fun little toy for me.

I'm new to the forums and thought the introduction section would be a good place to start posting. Got a 95 XJ 5-speed and can't wait to start learning about jeeps and building my wheeling machine. I'm from Northumberland county, Pa. Looking forward to reading about everyones rigs.
