Isnt there supposed to be trails in Ocala National Forest? Id love to know where there is something other than mud holes in Florida.

Im more into the trails than just mud.

Im kind of suprised that there are no challenging areas in Ocala, I do alot of mountain biking up there and the terrain is pretty intense. Lots of elevation and rocks-you wouldnt believe your in Florida!

I have never been to the place in ocala. Im new to off roading. Can you go there anytime or just during an event.

from what ive heard the trails that are open are open all the time. ive never driven the off road trails though, just mountainbiked on the bike trails. the mountain bike trails are pretty sick though so i would think there should be some fun off road trails. theres an ocala jeep club but they didnt have a ton of info about the trails on their site, they do trail work and cleanup though so they must be involved with the park management.

10-4, so would I. I think they have events up there, that would probably be good cause there would be people who know the trails.
