I bet you could get a lot more for that, especially given the miles. Heck, a stock one with 100xxx would probably sell for $6000 at a dealership if not more.

Me aint no such sensor on mine .It ended up being the oil filter musta collapsed inside strange thing now dont seem to be heating up as quick ....? Wonder if it was causing a oil restriction to motor huh.. Vinegar douche in progress also installed a inline coolant filter made by Gano .

That could be your problem, restriction of lubricants. Hopefully lack of lubrication didn't cause any damage.

What brand filter? I picked up a really nice S10, 4wd ext cab for $100 years ago. I bought it from a co-worker that thought it was the a failed oil pump, turned out the fram filter had collapsed and everything else was fine.

As per many jeep guys they say the fram filters don't do help with lubricating the 4.0s.... Most get lifter/rod knock from them
But as you speak about the purolater filter....earlier this year I had one burst on me in front of my house luckily....only had about 1000 miles on it...

Great day today. Nailed 28 outta 30 targets. Gun jammed twice on me [emoji34][emoji53]
But afterwards all I did was sit in the Range Control building and monitor range safety. Second highest to me was 26/30 (My Plt Sgt)[emoji106]
