Isn't Lennar still owned or controled in some way by Disney?
I seem to recall something about that back in Sep. 1992 with regard to Gables by the Sea, and Countrywalk, after hurricane Andrew.

 

All I know oaths projects I inspect for them, they're kinda picky/**** about the quality of materials used. I also do work for GL Homes as well.
