ohio roll call
Hey fellows I know where this lorado is for sale. Its very clean, 4:56 gears, ARB front and rear bumpers(brand new) Winch, New rims and 33or 35IN tires. Bushwackers also. Street jeep, not even any scratches to my knowledge. It runs but I was told the motor is bad. 2500$ Its a steal Winch and bumpers were that much. Just thought I would throw it out there.

From everything I have read it's a better ride instead of short arms. I never intend on doing rock gardens or anything like that. The route I'm going is expedition style. I'm open to advice just everything I had read here and the other forums was that LA are better for what I plan on doing. Also looking into doing some jeep jamborees this year or next with it.

Can't remember if I said anything or not, but I may have a lead on some property outside of Marietta. A guy has about 165 acres or so. Needing to do some wheeling here soon. Itching to get back on a trail.
I wish I could find land around here. But up by cleveland... everythings been developed.

If you are lifting your jeep much over 3" then they are to be considered. But I feel that lca drop brackets do a good job also.
Just dont' want you to be unhappy with the results. So make certain its what you want.

In most cases its my opinion they are a waste of money. Especially for an expedition style rig. Also they are difficult to make work right. At least everyone I have ridden in rides terrible. So I blame that on set up rather than the long arm itself. If you are lifting your jeep much over 3" then they are to be considered. But I feel that lca drop brackets do a good job also. I haven't ridden in an XJ with LA's so my knowledge is only based on what I have read. I have heard great things about the Clayton LA's but also great things about the currie SA's w/ drop brackets, but that's with replacing both lower and upper arms. With the SA's I will have more options for belly skids. Just need to decide between 33's or 35's, the notch customs Xmax flares will give me plenty of room for 35's.
