How is the body on it? Be sure to check the tailgate, and if the rockers and door bottoms have that plastic moulding over it, see if you look underneath them!
Were still waiting to hear back from the bank for the actual "pre-approval" the one lady we talked to is going a little slow, so we have a meeting with another guy today.
The house checked out by everyone and as soon as we get that pre-approval we are throwing in a low offer!

Its rust free. I cant see a speck of rust anywhere. How would I check behind the plastics?

 

For the doors, if you can't see anything from the inside seam, then you should be good, under the rocker I think you can see a tiny bit above it, and then from the inside if I remember correctly.

The more I think about it, I think I'm going to keep the Liberty. A V6 conv mustang does nothing for me even though I would like the cash.. But I will live just work a few extra hours a week to keep 2 Jeep I enjoy!

 

Exactly! Keep the JEEP! If anything wait for the right trade that you actually want!

 

Yeah I will, I will repost the Liberty on craigslist, and just list it real high, with possibility for a trade, but I really love driving it, its quick enough like an XJ, but a little smoother ride, better braking and cornering, and I could let go of the wheel at 85-90 and it will go straight as an arrow!
But they aren't as well off the road since its not economical to lift it more then 2"..
Also I have picked up a little bit in fuel economy after doing my front brakes since I thought they started dragging and found out one of the slides wasn't lubed and sticking, and a little lucas in the tank. Should hopefully get closer to 18 MPGs!
