Yeah I would love to have it for winter. Altho I think Ill be getting a 09 tundra 4x4 for work so Ill be good. My rams on the fritz needs some work that Im not willing to do.

 

What is it doing?

 

Wont idle. No cel on either. I changed the o2's and the light went off. Now its just idles for crap and wont wanna idle on its own when cold. Also is leaking from either then trans pan or rear main.

 

Always fun trying to figure out issues like that..

I think its the IAC or TPS But idk. Like i said i dotn wanna start dropping cash into it. Ill just try to get a grand for it or so maybe 1500

Its two wheel drive. ITs a work truck for sure. But its worth 1500 if you can work on them yourself.

 

I am sure that will go pretty quick for $1500!

 

ITs scratched up can has some rust but not to bad. I just need to post it as soon as we get the 09

He said motivated to sell, so maybe go wave $500 cash in his face with a car trailer to take it home that same day. Even $600, if the motor, tranny and transfer case seem okay.
Alternator would be easy, depending on whats going on with the axle, my dad bought a Jeep needing a front axle and got one complete one for $150? and put in two hours in our driveway.
Although doors...? That different, and be a little harder to find matching, but if you could find someone parting a XJ out and at least get a door or two, and find one or two at the junkyard..

 

YEah I seen that one. I want a DD out of it too. Atleast for the most part. Will probably use it more like 3 times a week.

Got a email back, its got 180k and he said it ran perfect up til the alternator giving out. Its black with trimmed fenders, 3" lift and 31s. He said its a little beat up and needs some work, but was a strong/good driver.
He didn't send any pictures though?

 

Hmmm did he say where its at? Lets go look!
