Same here, But it haunts me now. You can always go get one from a bank, its a secure cc. That what I have to do. Go give them 250-500$ then use the card still pay and as time goes they give some back. Ill be doing that soon.

Stupid me being responsible when I was 18 and not taking a CC ended up hurting me.

 

Haha its almost funnyto think using cash or a debit card can hurt you!

 

Its sad actually. Plus the fact if you go with out it, its worse then bad credit itself. I would think having none would be better then someone who has proved their sefls to not be trustworthy.

But If I was you I would get one asap if you dont, because I am 28 and havent been albe to get one since around 22-23.

 

I Actually applied for one at Key Bank when I first started college, that was a college student card that was suppose to help build credit etc. but I never heard back from them...
So I may try that again, or see if my other new bank Charter One has a similar card.

 

Yeah, If not start saving for a secure card. Just pay the 300$ up front then use it as a card and pay it on time, then it will eventually become a normal CC.

HAHA Yeah I just had to put myself in check, and do this the right way. Fix the few things I owe, less then 1000$ then build for afew years while saving for a down payment. Mean while cars will be paid for (as long as I dont buy another. )

Yeah no money down, nothing. Just sign and start finishing payments. My dad got one of those in the 80's. I would love to find one.
