Well my current house went on the market Tuesday. Thursday it was listed online with pictures, and someone came to look at it that night. They seemed interested and came back today to look at it again, and were here for about an hour and half. We also have another couple coming tomorrow afternoon.
I wonder if it will sell this quick!

haha thanks! Its actually my dads house that me and my sister live in since he just moved to NC. But I like it too much to want to leave.

There is a warehouse party off berea road 15$ all you can drink beer. 8 kegs and more if they run out. My buddys throwing it. 100+ people. I am putting on gouged eye make up. Ill have some pics later.

I was invited to go to John Carroll but thats not happening and I don't drink so I really don't plan on doing too much haha

 

Yeah not drinking takes the fun out of going to a place thats full of people drinking. I normally dont go to parties anymore but on halloween I love them.

 

Yeah on certain occasions its alright, like new years is probably the biggest and I may go out of my realm haha. Its only weird because everyone I hangout with drinks, I had one girl who didn't who I actually use to date but we are still friends, and she just started drinking, although not too often.

 

Any reasons you dont drink?

I had to practically quit because I would get in a fight or almost in a fight everytime. Not lastnight tho! WOOT WOOT! HAHA I learned to control it, and I drink once in a while now. Not almost everyday like I used too.

 

haha well I probably shouldn't say on a public forum, but I started young, had a few bad experiences, but still did it every so often. But I realized I have just as much not drinking as I did when drinking, plus I save money and can actually drive, and wake up the next morning. Not to mention everyone says its an acquired taste but over the years none of it ever tasted good...

But on another note, it looks like the couple that came back to check out the house put in a offer.. My dad won't tell me any of the details, but the realtor accidentally told me since we had another person here today, and now we have another person tomorrow morning..
Damn I mean this house is awesome and unique but I didn't think it would go this fast!
It may come down to me and my sister needing a place to rent even though I hate the idea of renting, but my dad and sister both feel its smarter to do since were still so young..

Haha it kinda use to be, but everything has been done, except for that big room and the laundry room... We didnt know what we wanted to do to it, so figured the new owners could pick.
