Awesome!! deal, If all else fails Ill look in the westpark area for a decent house. like North of lorain 150th west. Still nice neighborhoods.

Sucks that we have 2 weeks before the next game tho!

Well I dont know if you can find out but a two car garage. Maybe a basement but not a deal breaker.

Great priced is under 75k, altho 30-50k would be better.

30-50 is the tough spot, 75 should be doable, and I gotta agree a basement is on my priority list. A garage is great, but as long as it has the ability to add one, that's good enough for me.

I have alot of stuff I need the garage. Even if its a 1 1/2er. And 30-50k hard to find houses in the sticks that need repaired?

well I have been looking in Avon, Avon Lake and ridgeville, but in Ridgeville 50 isn't too hard, but with an acre and not needing a complete rehab could be, I will see what is on MLS right now!

Yeah the land will make the difference. Its not like here in Cleveland where you have a 1/5 of an acre lol.

I guess it depends on whats considered a complete rehab. I have seen some that were better shape then some lived in homes! LOL

I don't think a offer of $50K would hurt, but I am sure they will counter it.
I think around $60k is what they will want, but with 1700 SQ FT and a full basement 2 car attached garage and the full acres that's a good size house, just got to be sure everything looks decent inside and out since it is sold AS IS.

And another Amherst one I overlooked since it was over $75K, but at $79K, they may go around $60K? Its .85 Acres Full basement, but only 1 car attached.

Yeah its "assessed" at 54k some site said an offer of 63 was made but I doubt it. I love this one man. Love the set up of the yard. Privacy and nice layout front outside. PArt confuses me I seen a second bath room (half bath) pictured on a site but everywhere only says 1 bath.
