Yeah I doubt that it the site saying a previous offer was made, because ethically a realtor is only allowed to tell the seller the offer price.
And the second half bath confused me too, but after looking on the MLS site again it is actually 1.1 baths!

1.1? LOL

And yeah I figured it was a ploy to get the 63k. I think Im gonna go look at it tomorrow or the next day. And try to make a move. With a REO house, can it be done just by taking over payments? I remember my dad got a house back in the 80's from a bank by taking over the payments. Nothing down and ended up costing like 20 some k.

1.1 is just 1 full 1 half haha I don't think you can just take over payments, but I do not have any history with REO's..
If you look at it let me know what you think!

Great!
So when my dad was here, he told he may be trailing my XJ up herefor me (once the motor is done) because he wants to come pick up his 66 El Camino and trailer it down to get it driveable again over the winter!
If I can sell my front lift springs for my KJ and no unexpected costs come up, next Friday I will be able to afford the motor without emptying my accounts!!

Yupp!
Just there is zero rust on it anywhere will make it worth it, since that can be difficult to find up here
