Damn really, Im in west park and all these houses are 40-50k But ****y and small. Owells Im gonna talk to a realtor about an assumable mortgage.



How did that house go?

 

It went great, only one little issue with slight water damage under the porch, and they added a beam under under one side, that we need someone to take a look at.
Also may be trading my Liberty for a slightly modded 01 Mustang Conv. but its just a V6, with intake, headers true dual exhaust, rims, audio and a few other little things plus some cash to put towards the new house!

And if the water damage is only to the wood under porch thats not bad at all. If anything just ask to come down on the price a tad.

 

Yeah we are throwing a real low offer, and its just under the corner of the porch.

I am thinking about the trade if it looks as good in person as it does in pics except for the 20" rims would need to go for some decent 18s.
I just need the cash right now, and to also get a good looking "fuel efficient" car would be a plus compared to having two gas hogging Jeeps and no cash...

And btw the Mileage is about the same.

 

I hope not, my buddy use to have a 00 mustang V6 and he got an actual 25MPG, and right now in the Liberty I get about 15 for the city..
I'm not to happy about it being a V6 or conv. as I would prefer a V8 coupe
But for what it is, I think its a fair offer considering my Liberty needs some body work, and is not perfect!
And to be honest It may go up for sale/trade first thing in the spring for a 97-01 Firebird or Camaro with a V8

 

I think you'd be better off selling or even putting up a for trade ad, But on average they both get about 18ish city/highway. You might lose some mpg with bigger tires on the liberty tho.

Oh! I got the girl interested in a ZJ instead of a escape! WOOT WOOT! probably 95-98 MAYBE at 99 if price is right.

 

I actually have had the liberty up for a few weeks with very little interest other then a modded civic hatchback.. no thanks, the 79 vette I told you about before, and an offer from my buddy neighbor for $6k so he can take it to the auction..
I think this mustang should be worth $5-6k, since is it leather, and chicks love a silver with black stripe mustang conv with goodies and seems to be in great condition, plus $3,000 cash hes adding on top of it.

Yeah I think I should be able to gain a good 5 MPG.
Very nice!! I loaded ZJ is cheap and easy to find, and very nice, roomy and very capable! A WJ is just as nice, but harder to find cheap, I almost bought a loaded 03 before I got the KJ, but the guy was very shady so I had to walk away..

 

If he is giving you 3k cash take it, then sell the stang for another 5+k and buy something else hahaha

We are looking to sell the Eclipse to pay for the ZJ/WJ So most likely be a ZJ so we dont have to add money. We owe like 2700 on the eclipse and its worth about 4-5k. Im ok with throwing in 1k but Id rather not. lol We want out of payments and to upgrade to a suv so I think thats the best way.

 

Haha if it wasn't for the $3k I wouldn't even consider! He first offered the car plus cash. So i asked how much, he said $2000, so I said $4000 and you got a deal! So we met at $3,000, and figured $3,000 cash right now for some things for a new house, plus a decent car I could drive around for now and then sell/trade for something else. Seems like a decent deal to me.
And nothing wrong with a ZJ! My dad bought my mom a 98 with 10k on it in 99. That thing was awesome, and went through 3 accidents and was still strong as can be! One totally a cobra that ran a stop sign, and we drove the ZJ home! After getting it fixed for the third time It was suppose to be my first car, but that didn't happen...

 

Yeah, now Im on the look out for two different jeeps! LOL I already was looking at lifed zj's

Well it is official, the sold sign went up this morning!
Now we just need to be out by December 5th...
It definitely was the quickest sale of any house I've seen recently. The house was only on the market for 3 days when the first saw it, and then 2 more before the offer went in!

PS I found a ZJ for 3400, i6 with 200k new tranny and transfer case. I offered 1500 Ill find out tomorrow if they take it.
