Yeah me to, then seeing some houses in Lakewood, one in Westpark, and one in Fairview Park!

 

Busy day for you! Where are the ones in FP and WP?

 

Yupp luckely, work on Saturday is always the early shift so I am done at 1:30!
And one house is on Westpark Rd. a little north of Lorain. Its actually across the street from my dads best bud from high school, who is a Cleveland fire cheif, and his neighbor two doors down is Cleveland police officer so we know its a good spot to be. And the one in FP is on Macbeth, but that one is a little smaller, and higher priced, but it has a nice big yard, and has some nice mechanical wise updates.

 

One in westpark seems cool. Is the one on Macbeth a private drive, dead end? The second house on the right I re-did all the landscaping and tree work there a few months ago.

 

The one in Westpark is awesome! We hope we can get the financing squared away quick enough, and we are going to have another walk through, with a family friend to check everything out for us.
The one on Macbeth was on a corner of Macbeth, and W 227th. It wasn't bad, but we found out it was a short sale..

Thanks! I hope it does too. Its not a legal duplex since it only has one entrance upstairs, but it kinda is? They each have there own electric box, and own water boiler but share a hot water tank, but its a lot bigger then looks. There are two huge bedrooms with walk in closets, a family room, bathroom and small kitchen up, with two smaller beds, a bath, a decent sized kitchen, a huge dining room, and big living room down. It has awesome hardwood floors through out the first floor, with gorgeous wood moldings, crown, built-ins around the fireplace and in the dining room. Also has a decent yard and two car garage!
And the basement is tall enough for a rec room, and is straight and dry!

I think its a couple streets over from me. I am pretty sure I seen it the other day parked in the street. The rust on the fenders gave it away. But hell Ill just cut it off anyways!

 

They are asking $58k.

I looked at that with my buddy! Hes in the Parma area, if I remember correctly. He was asking $1000 about 2 months ago and my buddy offered him $700, and he said yeah. We tried calling him the next day when he was suppose to have the title ready and he wouldn't answer or call back.. We finally got a hold of him, and he just said he wasn't selling it anymore...
It has a few issues if I remember correctly, its real dirty on the inside, had horrible tires on stock Liberty rims, 223k miles, dented rear bumper, missing front flares, and a weird customish front bumper but still worth $700!
Although if you look at it, check the front end, one we looked at a dented core support/radiator, and I can't remember if it was this one or not?

 

Damn thats a nice price!!! Makes me want to consider staying in west park just further west! I like the price.

Do you remember where in Cleveland its at? Maybe it will give me an Idea if its the same one. I guess it dont matter how beat up it is, altho I would like a clean one. :\ I guess Ill see what he says and how it checks out.

I can clean the inside, and fixe the small dents and swap bumpers so I guess not a big deal. Just hope its solid.

 

Yeah, you could not beat the price at all, and in a great area!
It was at an apartment, I think on Ridge? I know it was close to the Ridge/Pearl intersection.
It started right up, and seemed mechanically solid if I remember right, but it does have high miles and lots of smaller issues... It probably still worth it!

 

The one I seen that matches it was right on 140th. They could of moved or might be same one. I guess ill find out.

 

Yeah, he was on Ridge Rd, next to Thorton Dr.
The liberty rims, no front flares with the goofy bumper were the instant give aways! haha
Not to mention the ad was pretty much identical to what he had it listed as before.

 

I might see whats up. At the same time I think I should wait till I have sold the stang, and have cash in hand to deal with. Get something in better shape and more reliable with less miles.
