I actually started life in Westpark, my parents bought there first house on W. 162, right by Kamms Corner although they moved to Bay when I was 4 to start me in school there. It is a nice area, but since my sister is the bigger money maker, she get first choice on location and a lot her friends rent in Lakewood, so she likes to be close to them and close the highway for CSU and work in Avon..
Although I didn't even think of Westpark since it is right there, thanks! I will have to ask her what she thinks since it is so close to Lakewood anyways and see if there are any great deals!

Yeah she was fine with it, but it has to be certain parts of Westpark which do not have any cheap duplexs at the moment, but I will keep looking for the right one!
Also the motor is getting dropped off at my dads shop tomorrow! new rear main seal and valve cover gasket are going on before the install, and anything else it may need!

Well the old motor was taken apart and is ready to be pulled tomorrow morning.
My dad got a new seal/gasket kit, with a new rear main, front main, oil pan, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, valve cover, throttle body, water pump gaskets and I think that all of them, as well as a new belt, plugs, wires, water pump and thermostat for it, so my bill is slowly adding up but the parts are all at his cost which is not very much compared to what I would pay for them, and they are preventative things to keep it reliable and running forever!
Also the PO put a new radiator in a week before the overheating, so that one is being tested to make sure its okay to be put back in

Nice, gonna be like a new motor. If you're lucky you wont have to worry about it for years and years! HAHA

I have the XJ blues today. I seen like 5-10 a day. Plus there is a clean one two houses down!

This could be nice, depending on how it looks in the damaged area..

I think that would be more then fair to take a bike for that Jeep the way it is.
If you know a good welder that will be a very easy fix, if that is truly all it needs.
