Well since crossing the Indiana Ohio border I only saw 2 state cops. Reno has Reno police, sparks police, highway patrol, and sheriff. 4 different cops... If you make it 4 blocks without seeing one its rare.

NV is the same though, of you cross a gate it's BLM land. And spending a little time in jail is the least of your worries. They generally impose max fine. Which is 5 years prison, $10,000 fine+ land "repair" and they'll generally impound your rig and put a really big number out there to get it out. (usually 500% of vehicle value to include parts and labor) depending on how much land you tear up they've been known to put A lien on your house. BLM isn't a joke. If you're from NV you know better than to cross a gate that's BLM. ( bureau land management in case you don't know)

I got into the same trouble with 4-wheelers back in the day. Went to court and they just made me pay a fine of I think it was $150.

My thoughts on them are that they lose chunks easily in the rocks cause the walnut shells in the tires. They usually wear pretty unevenly too.

Farmers that own land DO make millions. Lol my uncle works an elevator in South Dakota. The farmer he works for has a net value of over 3 million. He just bought seed for next planting... 7 million in seed.
However movie stars and sports players don't need to make that much I agree.

Ha, no he just shoots, then calls the sheriff, he's still pretty backwards.

Cops are scumbags out here, either handle it yourself or call the sheriff.

At no point am I saying shooting up in the air is right, but he's old. cant teach an old dog new tricks
