Bahaha. Awesome. You should have told them you needed to go home because of the Jeep fever. When I get that I have a pile of rocks in the back yard that I play on. You are always welcome to them, just so you don't get fired from work. Lol

No. But the weird part is that it went away. I drove it from Tulsa tonight and the only thing I have notice is the valves making a little more clacking noise then normal. So I don't now. Just weird.

problem with the 96? or the new project zj i started on?
96 is a combination of things and i have about half of them fixed and the zj i found and fixed the problem, i basicaly rebuilt the entire eletrical control side of the rh46 trans and splved me tranny issue. po would be pissed because he had thrown parts at it for a year, he had it fixed, then messed up on reassembly. tan wire in trans that operates torque converter lockup solenoid was pinched under a filter bolt and direct short to ground causing it not to function . he also stripped out the pcm plug bolt and the detent cable wouldn't stay clipped into the bracket on the bottom side.
solution, jamesp donated a good 94 v8 pcm, swapped, repair wire with electrical tape, clean trans pan add drain bolt, reinstall pan gasket and filter, adjust detent cable with wire tie into bracket, re adjust gear selector clean micro switches/ adjust transfer case linkage and trans is problem free.

I didn't think they were open today. I need to pick up a spare set of dana 30 shafts and look around for some other goodies.
