Not with 35's. If I remember correctly.33's 4:10's. And 35's 4:56 ill recheck that. 35's. With 4:56 2500 rpm at 70mph. Sounds livable to me. What say Ye. LOL

It would be good to know but i already got the 4.10s and thats what ill use for now. My girlfriends cherokee is on 35s with 3.55 gearing and it does ok. same year motor and tranny as i have in my grand.

Not really sure on that one James. i would like my jeep done before i get real crazy with it. the fear of snapping an axle is always in my head. wont have time to put my new stuff on before then. On a side note, seen this in another thread and i gave it go. this is a older d30 with 3/4 plug. mines a half plug so it will fit right over the stocker. with this one i will have 1/4 inch thickness.

The 8.8 out of rangers is only 28 spline instead of the 31 spline axles found in exploders... one of the modles came factory with 4.10s and lsd just have to check tages for internal info

I did indeed confirm it is out of a explorer and not a ranger. Guy at the salvage wasn't sure until this morning when he looked it up. It is the 4.10L also.

LOL. I was just looking at the ticket I got a few weeks back the cop listed vehicle make as 1997 Grand Cherokee blue. LOL I was in my 1988 Cherokee. The only thing he git right was the color. WTF.
