I stand corrected then, I am a big fan of overkill though, still thinking the best design is to somewhat wrap the uni, but thats just my thinking.

i was going on the over kill when we built mine thats why theirs 10 pinch weld bolts and 12 body mount bolts on each side with 3 mounting arms not 2 like most other companies use.

yeah thats all true i guess well have to hit them and see what happens if i need to go back to the drawing board then i will lol its not a big deal they are my first set that we built, an i love over kill too

pulled the front drive shaft and the metal on metal grinding noise is gone. The ujoints in the cardon seemed fine though??? I will get a new shaft from the JY once i start working again. Hopefully thats all it is. And not deeper into the t-case. On a brighter note i dropped the crutches and hoping i can get a note next friday from doc to return to work. 8 weeks without a paycheck and wife having to work 70hrs a week to make up for my crippled a$$ has been miserable. way to much pain and stress on the family. enough of my whining...looking forward to working, making money again and wheeling
