i fixed my t-case issues........would the nuts coming loose and only three holding t-case on make noise?.........cause those three were only half way on!!! it was leaking so i figured it was cracked..never really looked into it til last night. luckily there was no damage caused.

locktited and put new nuts on and snugged em up tight...no more t-case issues.....sorry man, no free parts.

No problem buddy. Glad you got your t-case fixed so easy! I may have another lead on those parts.

To stay on topic,

I finished installing my Aussie locker last night.

Dude, you were right. It was easy!! It took me a bit to figure out how to re-install the c-clip on pass side, and the springs took some maneuvering, but it was a job even I could do lol!!

You should be pretty good with that. You will have to trim, but you know that already!! I'd just get a replacement leaf for the bent one, and call it good. That's my $.02 anyways!! HTH!!

Dropped the tank, pulled the fuel pump assy, measured the OEM assy and the Chevy pump thats replacing it and drew up an adapter flange for my machinist to mill for me.

Right now my front in on stands. I've pulled the passenger side to replace a ujoint which ended up costing me a new outer shaft because the cap-less ujoint made the whole bigger. While it was on stands, i figured I'd replace the axle seal on the passenger side as well. :fun:
