I'm out here on the Eastern side of Tucson. Anyone else down here? Also my XJ is completely bone stock right now. Lift and Tires will be this spring however.

 

I am in Sierra vista about 75 miles south. I get to Tucson a couple times a year to wheel.

Hey everyone I am trying to start up a 4x4 club out of the Bullhead City and surrounding areas. Let me know if you are interested.

CK was a sloppy mess. Lots of fun. Should be doing another trip the weekend before Christmas.

 

My jealousy level is through the roof right now.... I was going to go but I didn't see the message until the day you went at like noon :-( send a PM when you know the exact dates your gonna go again. I just have a stock setup, (Bought a D44 from Texas, $260 after shipping but won't be here till Monday and install won't be for a while) but if I'm off work I'd love to go up there. How long was the run?

 

Will do. The run was about 8hr round trip. With some fixit stops of corse. What kind if tires are you running. Not too sure if stock on street tires would make it in the sloppy mud without some real carnage.

 

Yea I was kind of afraid of that. My tires are way over due for an upgrade... went to discount a month or so ago to have them rotated/balanced and the guy told me I'll have to get new tires within a few months due to the lack of tread lol. I just don't wanna buy tires yet till I lift it, no point in buying tires twice.
