I have no problem replacing it, I am just trying to figure out how the line disconnects from the master cylinder.. It looks like its just a plastic line pressed into the cylinder. Im pretty sure thats where it is leaking from too. Im not to hurried about it tho as Im going to Florida for the next 3 months leaving next weekend. I think I will just drive the Z for the week then when i get back ill have a ton of money saved up for tires and control arms and fix everything at once

What trans you got? My two door had the ax15 and man was that thing strong. It took three people learning to drive, and still worked great.

There is a little steel pin that runs through the master cylinder, that holds the line on there. Get it unbolted from the firewall and disconnected from the pedal, turn it on its side, and use a punch and hammer to push it through. Its a pain, but not if your a brute about it.

Is there an o ring or gasket around the line? Im pretty sure thats where its leaking from. the PO had put some red rtv around it that is all ate up and falling off from the brake fluid. I suppose i could be a cheap *** and jbweld it. and I believe it was 91 or 92 they went to internal slaves but who knows iv read so many different things
Ill pm you if I do
My 92 had an internal slave, but it could have been swapped in.
That would be awesome if you do, I can try that out before i drop money on a new master.. let me know whats up thanks

Botak, I have the top one. Double shear with bracket. Axle is centered and track bar is really tight, but it feels like the body wants to move over the axle. And threads are exposed but the heim joint is bottomed out in the track bar. Did I get a bad track bar?
Going to attempt to tighten my gearbox this weekend and see if it cures the loose wheel.

I need a front driveshaft if anyone has one. It needs to measure 30" or less from center of u-joint to center of u-joint.
I installed a new D30 up front and would like to test my 4x4 lol
PM me ASAP or text me 702-408-0587.
