Gonna start doing a template and making them for the "ash tray" spot in the center console. And gonna see if I can find somewhere else to place one also in the newer models.

 

Does anyone have an owners manual (sometimes found in the glove box) that covers a 1998 XJ that I can borrow long enough to scan?

 

Can you do one for the little compartment below the ashtray in the center console? Maybe with a gauge in the set up. I would rather but home brew then manufactured.

Try'd to push through rocky gap few weeks ago, and it's pretty washed out now. def need a spotter, tow ropes, extra hands, and couple of beers. lol

 

Ya actually I planned on doing it there too eventually. What kind of gauge would you want in there ?

I wanna hit up lake mead trail tonight... But don't know it. Might just do a Nelson run if anyone is interested!!

Benjammin I'm not sure what gauge. Probably a trans temp one of the smaller ones. Oh and a cig plug would be way cool.
