Anybody local have an A/C compressor mounting bracket with the 4 hold down bolts? I need to replace this one since trying to drill the broken bolts out provided a misadventure.

 

I would hit the pic a part on lamb has a lot of xj

These can be found in most 98-01 Dodge Caravans, Plymouth Voyager, Dodge/Plymouth Neon, Dodge Stratus, Plymouth Breeze vehicles with the 2.4 engine.

 

So they get better mileage acceleration and such? If I find any I'll pull then for you.

 

The stock xj injectors have one port in the injector, the 704 or the 784 injectors, depending on the year of the xj, has three ports which better atomizes the fuel, increasing fuel economy and throttle response. It's not much better fuel ecoonmy though. 2-3 mpg. Make sure you grab the correct ones. It's real easy to mix them up.

 

I'm sorry, 4 holes and 703 injectors. Pre 99 uses the 703 injectors. But it definitely does improve performance.

 

Supposedly improves idle and throttle response.

 

What the hell people... I was at the Lamb yard today, XJs are picked clean of useful parts. And all the Dodges and Chryslers are wiped of 703 injectors. Every single one of them! Only thing I got was a shifter handle.

 

Haha! I think it's time to buy a parts truck off of Craigslist.

 

Looking for the steering column cover, kids broke it. And some other misc stuff that I want to paint and swap. I think a new DD Jeep will be in the future... WJ? ZJ?
