It's double the wattage as the Hanma. I don't know hanma prices though. But usually, more watts=more light. 60w>120w

Ya dual rows are good, I was just doing a lil more research on hanma, sign up with alibaba.com not sure if you still have to have a fed tax id, but that's the website for wholesale out of china, you can get the lightbars anywhere from 1-100$ depending on quantity. Seems like it's time for me to open up business again!!
