So jeep died at red light and won't restart. Has new plugs and wires and seems to be getting fuel. What else should I check?

Its probably bad again then.

Did you check your vehicle for spark and fuel?

Alright is there a way to check the cps or just gota get a new one to see if its it? I know im getting fuel. It has new plugs and wires but i prob should double check on if its getting a spark. Ill have to do it after work tonight.

There might be a way to check the cps without removing but I dont know.

Did it just die while driving?

Check all wires. Mainly the coil connector/pigtail and the plug wire coil to dist.

Ate the unibody frames thick enough to drill and tap for threads for my t-case bolts?

To fix your t-case bolts you have to plate the frame, throw tons and a custom LA lift on then and only then will you be able to fix that bolt.
