I didn't have a torch but I drilled mine out with a drill bit then I took a socket and pounded it the rest of the way out. Your prolly gonna save some time with a torch though....more fun too! haha

I used PB blaster, then started on the sleeve with a punch, then a large impact socket went in and punched it out the rest of the way.

Couldn't you just get a sawzall stick it in the hole and cut outwards. Cut the inner sleeve bushing and outter sleeve into 4 pieces and then just punch it out. Simple and easy just don't cut too much of the spring eye

the rear bushings on both springs are so bad that the metal insert wore a hole down to the bottem of the bushing. i havent gotten to take it apart and look at it but it looks like the insert could actualy be touching the spring eye. not to positive on that tho the shackle is in the way. haha. the front bushings look fine. hardly any damage.

If you already got the inner sleeve to fall out then cutting the outter sleeve out will be easy haha

figure out how to do yours so we can do mine afterwards lol

Burn em out with the torch. Pound out the sizzling rubber, with the spring in a vice amd a BFH and appropriately sized punching tool(i have a set of ancient brass drifts and punches) to push the bushing out.
