Hey guys I went out and bought a 1996 2 door XJ. I am taking all the 4x4 parts off of it and both axles but if you guys are looking for something send me a pm and Ill sell it pretty cheap. Just looking to make my money back on the jeep.

Not sure, but I did see people walking around in it...the water level is very low this year

Going long travel 2wd or something buddy? Or you just gutting it for better 4x4 parts?

wow that sounds like a pretty sweet trip.! i got the jeep back up n running again. managed to mangle a 2 u joints in my driveshaft last trip. everythings put back together now and im ready to rock.!... literaly. haha

Yeah, the area 51 sites are cool. The stars in that area are awesome and there are a lot of trails. You just have to full up in Alamo cuz Rachel has no fuel, and theres none for like 160 miles

I have a 2wd and I am trying to convert my Jeep to 4x4. Gonna try to do most of the prep work this weekend. Once all the prep work is done I am gonna try and get a feel for how everything goes in. I am pretty stoked because its gonna be my first 4x4. Never done something like this so I am sure its gonna be alot of fun! haha
