Default One Jeep, One marriage per lifetime

Has anybody owned and XJ for as long as me? 37 years with a 1986 Pioneer. Yes it has the 2.8 GM engine and the A904 Torqueflight auto and the CAD with over 100 yards of vacuum lines crowding out any sunlight. Lets not forget Rochesters flagship E2SE carb. (Calif set-up) but she has been basically a good girl all these years with over 400k miles in her long life. Just got a fresh coat of red paint recently from Maaco, the base coat application cause I want to keep her a bit longer. I do get lots of looks and offers to sell, mostly from kids with 6 inch lifts and zombie mods on their minds but I always ask if they can afford her. I say unless you can fix her you cant afford her. wanna see her? Look below...

Nice. I wish I would have kept my '88 Laredo. Same color as yours.
