you may want to make a jig out of the good body before you go cut it out.. it will come in handy when it comes time to weld the piece into the new body.

To bad you don't own a sand blaster to clean up the whole area first. Then you could see exactly what you're working with.

Ok so i started on my unibody project and i ran into a problem. I got the leaf pack bolt loose but it wont come out. Any ideas would be helpful thanks

It's rusted into the steel bushing inside the rubber bushing. You will have to pound it out, and it's going to suck, trust me, I've done it!! Heat can help, but doesn't always work. You will want to replace the rubber and steel bushing, once you get them out. HTH!!

Like I said, it SUCKS!! Hit it harder, burn it out, but it has to come out of there!! You can use a big drill bit, and drill some holes through the rubber bushing to help break it up. HTH!!
