XJ rocker panel replacement

I’m not finding any decent YouTube videos on cutting out rusty rockers and replacing and spot welding original replacements.
Can someone point me in the right direction? Not looking to just weld a square tube on it.

Engine: 4.0, new lifters valve job with new springs and exhaust valves, preload set with shims
