Is it possible to add 4 relays & 4 fuses inside the factory Power Distribution Center under the hood? And if so; how would it be done?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

Get as much wire as you can with the donors, to give you enough to work with. Don't worry about getting one that's exactly the same, as long as it is generally the same style I think the connectors will be the same.
First disconnect the negative wire off the battery, then unbolt the main feed from the battery to the PDC. The PDC just clips into place, easy to remove. Take one of the donors apart first, to see how it works. Pull all the fuses and relays. You have to remove the yellow part of the relay sockets (tabs release from underneath) before you can remove the connectors. Once the yellow part is off, you have to carefully push the black tab to the side (from the top) to be able to pull the connector out with it's wire. It just slides out real easy, if you have to pull hard you're not doing it right. Use the wires/connectors from the donor PDC to add to yours where you want to add the new relays. Splice extensions on as required. You may need more than one donor to get enough heavy-gauge wires for your project. Solder/heatshrink the joints, there's not really enough room for crimp connectors, and they're gonna fail anyways.
The fuses are a little different - notice the plate that the wire from the battery bolts to. That plate pries off (from the bottom), then you can see the connector bits you need to add, for the tabs of the plate to stab into on one end, and the big fuse on the other end. Add a wire from the donor PDC for the other end of the fuse, to feed power from the fuse to your new relay.
Makes for a real tidy installation. On mine I've added 2 fuses (one 30A for a rear fuse panel, that picks up trailer light relays and my inverter, and one 30A for other stuff under the dash). I also added my headlight relays, powered by the original headlight fuse.
Note these fuses are always-on power.

the electroid tells you the rpm ranges too. Tip idle bottom wfo.
Ex: tip black but farther down is tan = rich idle - wfo perfect

Need some direction in where to start and look, (xj and forum).
Problem: No electricity, no juice.
After replacing transmission gasket, filter and pan I replugged harness connections near tranny fill/stick tube, charged & checked battery and installed, and reattached ground wires to engine and fender. Lights came on when I opened door.
Turned engine key and no start, no turnover. No eletricity or lights.
Thank you in advance, I appreciate it!
Note: cleaned connections with electrical cleaner spray

Welcome to the forum for starters. By no juice, I take it your refering to the starter? Check the starter connections and those two connectors you unplugged. One of those goes to the TCM (trans computer) and the other to the TPS (throttle sensor). Make sure that the ground connections are clean and secure. (Wires connecting to dipstick) Are all fuses in good condition?

Anyone convert the rugged ridge "crossover" steering setup to OTK ? I know I need to drill the knuckles and weld in inserts along with relocating the sway bar link mounts. I also am going to get the tre spacers to minimize the dead spot
