Just burped it again and got a lot more out after the test drive, idling comfortably at 210* now.

Good to hear. I was hoping it'd be an easy fix after all the cooling issues I had with mine.

I've been slowing upgrading my 1999 Cherokee Sport. I'm to the point where I am looking for a rear bumper with integrated spare tire mount. Where is the best bumper/price?

Alright just pulled in the driveway got out. Went to lock it with the key fob, it honked and the door locks didn't make a noise. Sure enough the power locks aren't working, not from key fob or the switches. But I heard a clicking noise by the passenger door?

I'm hoping its a fuse anyone know which fuse it is for the power locks? Does it have its own or share it with other accessories?

it's a 99 4.0 sport.

Thanks

When I press the brakes I have to basically slam on them just to come to a slow stop, it's getting dangerous. Checked brakes, good. Checked fluid, full. Help please?

It could be air in the lines or something blocking in the line

Anyone ever had a problem with their coils being too soft and causing the front to wander like loose steering?!

Yeah I am glad the temps are what they should be, now hopefully the chirp I have been battling for the last 2 months won't return. All new everything on the front of the engine + a Gatorback, we'll see.

Pads could be bad. Especially if your calipers got stuck at one point

Can somebody give me a clue as to where I can find hardened graded bolts on a Sunday in the Boston area? I broke the bolt where the track bar attaches at the axle tube end. My band-aid "butter bolt" stripped and it was the only size-wise match I could find (of course I didn't hold out much faith in that anyway). I need my DD tomorrow morning...

OK. So this morning I went out there hit the key fob button. BAM! They all work? Wtf? They worked from the switches too... anyone have a clue as to why the problem was intermittent?

I like to introduce you to the many electrical ghosts of an xj. Don't you open the door panels to check the wiring make sure there's nothing loose or nicked.

You want to hear something weird about our ghosts. My radio stopped workin for a few weeks after a wheeling trip. Yesterday morning I'm driving to rausch with my heat on and boom it works. Later last night I'm driving home and it doesn't wanna work now.

Hello I currently have a flowmaster 44 and a magnaflow high flow cat. I am thinking about getting rid of the 44 and putting a 10 in there. This will be a dd. Anyone have a 10 in theirs? How is the drone? Any opinions?
