ok my bad - the reference I looked at only listed the jeep specific codes

P0758
Shift Solenoid B Electrical/ 2-3 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

Are you having shifting issues? Could be a malfunctioning solenoid, or Throttle Position Sensor, or TCU

changing the solenoid isn't hard or expensive

If your shift pattern says D|3|2-1 you have overdrive. You should. I don't know why a '99 with AW4 wouldn't.

Our year keeps have constant overdrive meaning its always engaged if you're in D. If you're eve towing stay outta drive and go into 3 or lower so you don't damage it

Last night while removing my front bumper to replace it with a which bumper, I came across this wiring plug. It was right in the middle of the inside of the front bumper. Does anyone know what it is supposed to plug into.

Looks almost the same as the plug on the back of the factory fog lights.

I have just recently ordered some shcoks and plan on painting them a different color. I know I'll need to sand and prime before painting. But I'm just wondering what kind of primer or paint I'm going to need. I have only dealt with painting rooms. Not something that will be out in the elements. Any pointers would be appreciated!
