I don't think so. Isn't the 94 a slim style radio, or slimmer than 01?

Mines is an 01 and it takes up 2 slots. Just go to walmart and get a Sony or something, well OP that is

question here, how well is bedliner at preventing rust. I figured since im gonna have to paint my header panel and new fender, and possibly hood also, and im gonna have to sand anyways, i might as well go crazy sand down below the molding and bedline it. Also what year wrangler flares fit an 01 xj without cutting. I might upgrade those to allow more clearance

Radios come in three sizes, DIN, 1.5 DIN and double DIN. In short 1 slot, 1.5 slot and double slot. Most aftermarkets are single slot so that's why there are install kits to fit it in factory locations.

what us later year XJs can do is change out our 2 slot units, install a 1 slot unit and use the second slot blank plate as a new switch panel and accessory spot

That's part of my future plans cause I can't use ashtray, it came with heated seats, so it's gonna be that or the switch panel that goes where the top vents go

hey guys i have a AX15 tranny with a np231 transfer case in my cherokee but my transfer case has gone bad the chain inside has either come loose or broken and it would be more money trying to fix then its worth. so im looking for a used 231 but i need to know if it matters what transmission its hooked up to. would a np231 out of a automatic fit in on a manual i dont know if the bolt pattern is different or if its the same?

I am almost certain its the same bolt pattern it doesn't make sense to have a manual and auto tcase. But I know for a fact that you need the right spline count I think pre 96 was 21 spline and 96+ was 23 spline?

I will search the info for you and post back
